Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the contracting of services offered by Joan Aparici Morant (JA Padel Academy), Tax ID 48605630Y, with professional address at Origen Padel Club, Carrer Ciutat d'Ontinyent 10, 46980 Paterna (Valencia). Requesting any service implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Services
JA Padel Academy offers private and group lessons, class packs, intensive camps and bespoke padel experiences. The features, dates and spots of each service are detailed on the website and may vary based on availability.
3. Bookings and contracting
Bookings are made through the site's contact channels (primarily WhatsApp) and confirmed once dates are agreed and, where applicable, the corresponding amount or deposit is paid. Camp and experience spots are limited and assigned in order of confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
Applicable prices are those communicated at the time of contracting. Payment is made through the means enabled by the owner. Amounts include applicable taxes where indicated.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
Lessons and packs: cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, are charged as a completed session.
Camps and experiences: the booking deposit is non-refundable. The remaining amount is refundable if cancellation is notified at least 30 days before the activity starts. With less than 30 days' notice, the remaining amount is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure assessed by the owner.
6. Client obligations
The client declares being in adequate physical condition for sport and agrees to be punctual and to respect the rules of the club where the activity takes place. Participation is at the client's own responsibility.
7. Liability
The owner provides services with due professional diligence. It is not liable for injuries arising from improper use of equipment or failure to follow the coach's instructions, nor for the client's personal belongings.
8. Data protection
Personal data provided is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at https://www.japadelacademy.com/en/politica-privacidad.
9. Changes
The owner may amend these terms. The version applicable to each contract will be the one in force at the time the service is requested.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia, unless consumer regulations provide otherwise.
